The Boxty Bakers National Breakout at Bloom!

Thanks a lot to everyone who has come by the stand over the last few days and shared some of our delicious Boxty with us!

Those of you who took some packs away with you we hope you enjoyed them! And keep your eye out for the retail packs coming to a shop near you at the end of the month!

If you haven't come to bloom yet why not stop in today or monday to check out the artisan food market and the Boxty Bakers stand where you can sample some delicious original boxty slices :)
