Today was the first day of the launch of the Boxty Slice onto the Irish Market!

YAY! We made it finally :)

So for everyone reading this we hope you'll come along and check us out at the Bloom festival, where you can sample our delicious Boxty, hot from the pan, server by our Head Baker Padraig, assisted by Stephen.
